Peyton Waite has built on its traditional base of cadastral surveying by staying at the forefront of technology and the changes and innovations in urban design.

Combining new methods and resources with our surveying knowledge has produced many novel and unique solutions that have been used to meet the challenges of a diverse range of projects.

The following are recent and on going residential land developments for which we have demonstrated our ability to service large scale projects and deliver quality outcomes. Some of these represent major land development projects throughout the greater Melbourne area and beyond.


  • Mill Park Estate, Mill Park Heights Estate Epping & Mill Park Lakes Estate, South Morang
    Located in the northern suburbs of Milll Park, Epping and South Morang these estates form the majority of this growing area that commenced in 1974 with the development of the first stages of the suburb of Mill Park. Peyton Waite has remained the land surveyors for this project throughout its development that has included over 1000 hectares of land.

  • Port IT @ Turner
    Port IT @ Turner, is a soon to be completed modern commercial, warehouse and office complex at 63-85 Turner St, Port Melbourne. Peyton Waite has been involved in the survey and subdivision of this three hectare site since its inception in 2001. This complex will be home to a range of large and small commercial operators. The completion of Stage 6 puts the finishing touches to this innovative commercial complex.

  • 522 High St, Epping Plaza
    Michael Carr Architects of South Melbourne have designed the proposed multi storey resdiential and commercial development concept for 522 to 528 High Street Epping. This will be one of the first multi storey developments proposed within the Epping Major Activity Centre. Peyton Waite has completed the survey work required in and around this location and as planning consultants will be rezoning of the land and obtaining all planning approvals for the project. The complex will incorporate two (2) levels of basement parking for approximately 250 cars , commercial and restaurant development at street level, office levels, an entertainment level and residential accommodation over a further two (2) levels.

  • Wyndham Springs, Wyndhamvale
    Peyton Waite formed part of the team in 2003 that undertook the redesign, subsequent approval of and construction of this estate. The project consisted of approximately 400 lots over eight stages, either side of the Lollipop Creek. To date, six stages are completed by the Asset One Group whilst the remaining stages are being completed by Devine.



  • Laurimar, Yan Yean
    Located 30kms north-east of Melbourne Mernda is a substantial developing community. Comprising 334 hectares approximately 2500 lots have been planned for 'Laurimar' including a commercial town centre, service and community facilities and sporting fields within extensive parks and wetlands. Some 134 hectares was developed by Project Managers Drapac with the balance of the site now being completed by Delfin.

  • The Groves in Plenty Valley
    Peyton Waite employed the expertise of Surveyors, Planners and Project Managers and was responsible for providing topographic modelling of the site, title boundary definition, subdivision and project management for The Groves. Peyton Waite’s key roles were to provide detailed urban design and testing of concept designs, to manage the subdivision process and to project manage the statutory processes and construction of the development and to ensure sustainable, socially responsive and environmentally sound solutions are achieved. The estate is now being completed by Metricon.

  • Roslyn Park & Micassa Rise, Melton
    These adjacent estates of 224 and 302 lots respectively on a combined area of 72 hectares were designed by Peyton Waite who were also responsible for securing all town planning approvals and the subdivision of Micassa Rise to its completion and the construction of the initial stages of Roslyn Park. The designs incorporated lots ranging from 350m2 to 1400m2 and the need to accommodate a Sub-Arterial Road, the convergence of two water courses (Arnold's Creek) to create four hectares of passive open space and a twenty metre wide mains water pipe track that traversed the site that had to be protected.

  • Forest Park, Fairhaven
    Forest Park at Fairhaven is a coastal subdivision completed by the Drapac Property Group. It comprised 85 lots in three stages. The site is an environmentally significant area and was developed to ensure significant flora and fauna was protected
