Peyton Waite has been involved in the land development area for more than 45 years and continues to perform key roles in a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects as Land Surveyors and Town Planning Consultants

Since its inception in 1970, the consultant land surveying and town planning firm of Peyton Waite Pty Ltd has grown, introducing sophisticated field and administrative systems and gained Quality System Certification to ISO 9001 in 1995.

Peyton Waite has recorded an impressive list of successfully completed assignments including major large-scale residential land developments,  commercial sites, rural and forestry holdings and  specialised intricate, work for the Melbourne CityLink  project.

Our experience and proven skills in all aspects of land surveying; combined with our strong town planning credentials provides us with a keen awareness of the social and environmental implications that apply to the land use and urban design fields today.

As Managing Director, Malcolm has extensive experience in overseeing and co-ordinating the preparation of surround surveys, control work as well as design and computation in a range of applications and is directly responsible for the daily management of Peyton Waite.

Martyn has been working as a town planner both at the local government level and in private practice. Martyn is responsible for overseeing all town planning matters on behalf of Peyton Waite and has extensive experience in all elements of Statutory and Strategic Planning.
