Continuing a Record of Innovation
Peyton Waite has built on its traditional base of cadastral surveying by staying at the forefront of technology and the changes and innovations in urban design.
Combining new methods and resources with our surveying knowledge has produced many novel and unique solutions that have been used to meet the challenges of a diverse range of projects.
The following are recent and on going residential land developments for which we have demonstrated our ability to service large scale projects and deliver quality outcomes. Some of these represent major land development projects throughout the greater Melbourne area and beyond.
Sunbury Business Park and Rosenthal Estate
Peyton Waite Land Surveyors in co-operation with (UDM) Urban Design and Management as Civil Engineers and Project Managers is undertaking the survey and subdivision work for this master planned Rosenthal Estate and Sunbury Business Park located on Vineyard Road, Sunbury. The industrial zoned land is approximately 40 hectares in area. The site will include the Harpers Creek retarding basin and wetlands within the development.
The Rosenthal Estate will ultimately comprise approximately 1,400 residential lots, open space and include the Harpers Creek and associated wetlands. The site is also planned to accommodate a local neighbourhood activity centre and mixed use activities such as child care and medical services
Wallan Valley Estate
Wallan Valley Estate at Rowes Lane Wallan is the combination of two subdivisions that will see the extension of Watson Street from Taylors Creek through to Rowes Lane to the West of town. The subdivision combines both conventional and low density residential lots to provide a total of 318 lots across the ten (10) stages proposed.
