Mill Park Estate, Mill Park Heights Estate Epping & Mill Park Lakes Estate, South Morang
Located in the northern suburbs of Mill Park, Epping and South Morang these estates form the majority of this growth area that commenced in 1974 with the development of the first stages of the suburb of Mill Park. Peyton Waite has remained the land surveyors for this project throughout its development that has included over 1000 hectares of land.
Wyndham Springs, Wyndhamvale
Peyton Waite formed part of the team that undertook the redesign, subsequent approval and construction of this estate. The project consisted of approximately 400 lots over eight stages, developed on either side of the Lollipop Creek. The first six stages were completed by the Asset One Group.
Laurimar, Yan Yean
Located 30kms north-east of Melbourne Mernda is now a substantial community. Comprising 334 hectares approximately 2500 lots had been planned for ‘Laurimar’ including a commercial town centre, service and community facilities and sporting fields within extensive parks and wetlands. Some 134 hectares was developed by Project Managers Drapac.
Roslyn Park & Micassa Rise, Melton
These adjacent estates of 224 and 302 lots respectively on a combined area of 72 hectares on Coburns Road were designed by Peyton Waite who were also responsible for securing all town planning approvals and the subdivision of Micassa Rise to its completion and the construction of the initial stages of Roslyn Park. The designs incorporated lots ranging from 350m2 to 1400m2 and the need to accommodate a Sub-Arterial Road, the convergence of two water courses (Arnold’s Creek) to create four hectares of passive open space and a twenty metre wide mains water pipe track that traversed the site.
