Combining new methods and resources with our surveying knowledge has produced many novel and unique solutions that have been used to meet the challenges of a diverse range of projects.
The following are recent and on going residential land developments for which we have demonstrated our ability to service large scale projects and deliver quality outcomes. Some of these represent major land development projects throughout the greater Melbourne area and beyond.
Mallacoota Abalone Ltd Processing Facility
Following the 2019 Bushfires the Mallacoota Abalone Plant required extensive rebuilding. The application replaced damaged and/or destroyed buildings and infrastructure, as well as expanded the operation. d remove some native vegetation that was either damaged by the fires. The redevelopment consisted of a new processing factory 2022m2 , new administration office and on site parking for Forty Eight (48) cars
17 Howell Road, Plenty (Former Plenty Primary School Site)
This twelve (12) lot low density residential subdivision saw the redevelopment of the former Plenty Primary School Site. The design introduced lots over 1000m2 in area into this location, nestled amongst the protected River Red Gums on site.
Quintus Ave/Galbraith Close, Strathmore
The development of this area sees the completion of this undeveloped part of Strathmore Heights positioned at the Northern end of Lebanon and Menara Streets. This twenty three lot subdivision incorporated courts, with pedestrian links from Lebanon Street through to Lamart and Menara Streets respectively. This sees one of the few new land releases in Strathmore for a number of years.
820 Main Rd Eltham – Mixed Use Development
A mixed use medium density residential addition of three apartments above two heritage protected shops in Main Road Eltham. The designs prepared by CMS Architects retained the integrity of the shops to Main Road and incorporated the apartments above with parking behind.
